Returns and exchanges
If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations, we offer you the option of returning it within the limits specified by law.
Return deadline
The product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only possible if the product is undamaged and unused.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
Exchange or refund
It is also possible to exchange the product if you wish to choose a different model, color, or type. If you decide to cancel the purchase instead of exchanging the product, the purchase price will be refunded after the product has been returned and inspected.
